- 5Turn OFF "When I'm duplicating my display"

Solution 2: Fix App Notification Settings
- 1Settings → System → Notifications
- 2Ensure "Notifications" master toggle is ON
- 3Scroll down to app list

- 5Click each app → ensure "Show notifications in action center" is ON
- 6Ensure "Show notification banners" is ON
- 7Check "Notification priority" → set important apps to "Top" or "High"

Solution 3: Reset Notification System
- 1If notifications still broken after settings check:
- 2Restart Windows Push Notification Services:
- 3services.msc → "Windows Push Notifications User Service"
- 4Right-click → Restart
- 5Also restart: "Windows Push Notifications System Service"
- 6Clear notification database:
- 7Delete contents of: %LOCALAPPDATA%\Microsoft\Windows\Notifications
- 8Restart PC
- 9Re-enable notifications for desired apps
