• The RescuePC Toolkit software for Windows system repair and optimization
• License keys for software activation
• Customer support via email

Our software is designed to assist with common Windows issues. We do not guarantee that our software will fix every problem. Results may vary depending on your system configuration and the nature of the issue.

2. Purchases and Payments

• All purchases are processed securely through Stripe
• Prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise noted
• You are responsible for any applicable taxes
• License keys are delivered electronically to the email address you provide

2.1 Subscriptions and Automatic Renewal

Some plans are billed as subscriptions. When you purchase a subscription, you authorize us (through Stripe) to charge the payment method on file on a recurring basis until you cancel.

• The billing interval (monthly/annual) and price are shown at checkout before you confirm payment
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date
• You can cancel future renewals by contacting support at [email protected]
• Cancellations generally take effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise required by law

3. Refund Policy

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

• Within 14 days of purchase if you have not activated your license
• Within 7 days of purchase if the software does not function as described and our support team cannot resolve the issue
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days

4. License Terms

Your use of the RescuePC Toolkit is governed by our End User License Agreement (EULA). Key points:

• One license = one user (personal use) or one organization (business licenses)
• Licenses are non-transferable without written permission

• Violation of license terms results in immediate termination

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use our services for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to bypass license verification or security measures
• Share, sell, or distribute license keys
• Use automated tools to access our website or APIs in a manner that disrupts service
• Impersonate RescuePC Repairs or misrepresent your affiliation with us

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES AND SOFTWARE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

We do not warrant that:

• The software will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free

• Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
• Damages resulting from unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• Any amount exceeding the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RescuePC Repairs, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights

9. Intellectual Property

10. Termination
