Refund Policy

Our Commitment

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with the RescuePC Toolkit, we offer a fair refund policy.

Eligibility for Refund

✓ You ARE eligible for a refund if:

  • You request within 14 days of purchase AND have not activated your license
  • You request within 7 days of purchase AND the software does not work as described, and our support team cannot resolve the issue
  • You were charged incorrectly or multiple times
  • You did not receive your license key within 24 hours (and support cannot resolve)

✗ You are NOT eligible for a refund if:

  • More than 14 days have passed since purchase
  • You have already activated and used the license
  • Your license was terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service
  • You simply changed your mind after activation
  • The software works as described but doesn't meet your personal expectations

If you are on a subscription plan, you can cancel future renewals at any time by contacting support. Cancellation stops future billing and typically takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email [email protected] with subject line "Refund Request"
  2. Include your order number or the email used for purchase
  3. Briefly explain the reason for your refund request
  4. We will respond within 2 business days

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Your license key will be deactivated upon refund
  • You must uninstall the software after receiving a refund

Chargebacks

If you file a chargeback with your bank instead of contacting us:

  • Your license will be immediately revoked
  • You may be banned from future purchases
  • We reserve the right to dispute fraudulent chargebacks

Exceptions

We may make exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis for:

  • Technical issues that prevent the software from running on your system
  • Documented bugs that significantly impact functionality
  • Extenuating circumstances (contact us to discuss)
