  6. 6net stop spooler

  8. 8net start spooler

Solution 2: Fix Print Spooler Service

  1. 1Open Services.msc
  2. 2Find "Print Spooler" service
  3. 3If it is Running but not responding, right-click → Restart
  4. 4If it is Stopped, right-click → Start
  5. 5Set Startup type to Automatic if it is not already
  6. 6Go to Recovery tab → set First/Second/Third failure to "Restart the Service"
  7. 7Check available disk space on C: drive — spooler needs space for spool files
  8. 8Default spool folder: C:\Windows\System32\spool\PRINTERS

  1. 1Open Settings → Bluetooth & devices → Printers & scanners
  2. 2Select the problematic printer → Remove
  3. 3Open Device Manager → expand Print queues
  4. 4Right-click the printer → Uninstall device
  5. 5Open Print Management (printmanagement.msc) → All Drivers
  6. 6Remove any leftover drivers for the printer
  7. 7Restart the computer
  8. 8Re-add the printer — Windows will install fresh drivers
