Terms of Service

By accessing and using RescuePC Toolkit ("the Software"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

These Terms of Service apply to all users of the Software, including without limitation users who are browsers, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.

Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, RescuePC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software for your personal or commercial use.

• You may install and use the Software on multiple devices you own or control
• You may not redistribute, sell, or sublicense the Software
• You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
• You may not remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels

You agree not to use the Software in any way that:

• Violates any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringes upon the rights of others
• Is harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing
• Contains malicious code or malware
• Attempts to gain unauthorized access to systems
• Interferes with the proper functioning of the Software

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT.

RescuePC does not warrant that the Software will be error-free or that it will meet your requirements. You assume all responsibility for the selection and use of the Software.

IN NO EVENT SHALL RESCUEPC BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

RescuePC's total liability to you for all damages shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Software license.

This license is effective until terminated. RescuePC may terminate this license immediately if you fail to comply with any term of this agreement.

Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies in your possession.

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
