RescuePC Repairs Toolkit License Agreement

BY DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING, OR USING THE SOFTWARE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT.

1. LICENSE GRANT

This software ("RescuePC Repairs Toolkit") is licensed, not sold. The copyright holder ("Licensor") grants you ("User") a limited, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, non-exclusive license to install and use the Software on one device per license purchased.

2. RESTRICTIONS

You may NOT:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the Software or its source code
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Software
• Use the Software in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Remove proprietary notices or branding
• Share, sublicense, or transfer the Software to third parties

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All rights to the Software, including source code, assets, names, trademarks ("RescuePC Repairs"), and design elements are the exclusive property of the Licensor.

4. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE LICENSOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR OTHER INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE.

6. TERMINATION

This license terminates automatically if the User breaches any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, all copies of the Software must be destroyed.

7. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the User is located, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
